This document (and the other documents it refers to) and the Website Statement of Conduct contain the Terms and Conditions on which you as a customer may use www.geofre.com (the “Website”), whether as a guest or a registered user (the “Terms”). The Terms are a legally binding contract between you and Napesh Limited. The contract sets out your rights and responsibilities when you use the services provided by Napesh, which may include, but is not limited to, our mobile app, web application, website and any other services (collectively, the “Services”) so please read it carefully. You will be deemed to have accepted these Terms when you visit the Website and/or whenever you use any of our Services.
This Website is owned and operated by Napesh Limited (“Napesh”, “Geofre”, “the Company”, “we”, “our” or “us”), a limited company registered in England and Wales under company number: 09738287 having our registered office at 102, 72 Great Titchfield Street, London, W1W 7QW. Scope of Services
We provide a platform (including this Site, mobile applications, etc.) for the sale of leather goods to consumers. Your contract for purchases made through Geofre.com is with Geofre. All goods ordered by you are for your own private and domestic use only and are not for resale.
In order to access the Geofre website and create an account you must be eighteen years of age or older. If you are under the age of eighteen you may only use this site with the agreement and supervision of a guardian.
Napesh Limited will use all reasonable endeavours to ensure the eligibility of its Users without assuming any liability in respect of any issue arising as a result of or in relation to the selection of its Users.
Creating an account on the website
You may be required to create an account with Geofre to use some of the Website’s services. Here are a few rules about creating and using accounts with us.
To create an account with us, you will need to select a username and password. You may also be asked to provide Napesh Limited with some information about yourself, including, but not limited to, some types of personally identifying information such as your full name, email, addresses and other. The verification process will be through an email sent to your email address.
When creating an account, the information you provide to us at this login stage, and in your account in general, must be accurate. If your details change, you must inform us immediately. You are not permitted to use false information or impersonate another person or company through your account and doing so if a breach of the Terms.
You are responsible for your account. You are solely responsible for any activity on your account. If you’re sharing an account with other people, then the person whose billing information is on the account will ultimately be responsible for all activity. If you register as a business entity, you personally guarantee that you have the authority to agree to the Terms on behalf of the business.
As we mentioned above, you are solely responsible for any activity on your account, so it’s important to keep your account password and any device from which you access the Services secure. If accessing the Website/ Services via a mobile device, we recommend that you do not jailbreak or root the device (this is the process of removing software restrictions and limitations imposed by the official operating system of your device as doing so could make your device vulnerable to malware, viruses or malicious programmes, compromise your device’s security features and may affect the functionality of the Services.
Your use of the website
We allow access to our Website/the Services on a temporary basis and we reserve the right to withdraw, restrict or change our Services at any time and without notice. We will not be liable if for any reason the Services are unavailable at any time or if the content is changed or out of date.
You must treat as confidential any user identification code, password or other security feature in relation to the Website/ the Services. If, in our opinion, you are not complying with the Terms, we have the right to disable any such code, password or feature at any time.
It is your responsibility that anyone who accesses the Website/the Services through your internet connection is aware of these Terms and complies with them.
You will remain liable if someone else uses your shopping account and/or personal information unless you can prove that such use was fraudulent. You agree that email is an acceptable form of communication between you and us.
We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable and revocable licence to visit the Website/use the Services—subject to the Terms and the following restrictions:
You agree that you will not violate any laws in connection with your visiting the Website/ use of the Services. This includes any local, national and international laws that may apply to you.
You are responsible for paying for the services that you get from Geofre. You are also solely responsible paying any applicable taxes for any purchases or sales you make through the Website/ our Services.
You agree to not use a false name or an invalid credit card to purchase through the Geofre site.
You agree not to “crawl,” “scrape,” or “spider” any aspect of the Website/the Services or to reverse engineer or attempt to obtain the source code of the Services. You shall not misuse the Website/the Services by knowingly introducing any material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to the Website/ the Services, the server on which the Website is/any of the Services are stored or any server, computer or database connected to the Website/Services. You must not attack the Website/Services via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By failing to comply with this provision, you would commit a criminal offence and your right to access the Website/use the Services will cease immediately and we will report your actions to the relevant authorities.
You agree not to interfere with or try to disrupt the Website/ Services, for example by distributing a virus or other harmful computer code.
We will provide you with certain legal information in writing. By using our Services, you’re agreeing that we may provide you information electronically (by email, etc.) instead of mailing you paper copies, and that your electronic agreement is equal to your signature on paper.
Criminal use of the website
You will not use a false name or a known invalid credit card to order. This is a criminal offence. Anyone caught deliberately entering an incorrect or fictitious order will be prosecuted to the fullest extent of the law. Geofre tracks the electronic ‘fingerprints’ of every order placed on Geofre.com to enable us and all state crime prevention and prosecution authorities to trace individual users engaging in criminal activities on, or using, our Website.
When placing an order, you agree that any and all information given is accurate and complete.
All orders are subject to acceptance and product availability. Availability information for products is listed on each individual product description. Please note, all of our bags are made of quality leather as such there may be minor variations in colour and texture between the product photos on the website and the products that you receive.
All prices listed on Geofre.com are correct at the time of entering the information, but we reserve the right to change prices of any product at any time.
All prices for purchases include sales tax.
No contract for the sale of any product will exist between you and Geofre.com until we accept your order by taking payment and dispatching the product to you. When this happens we will confirm the acceptance by sending you an email.
Your confirmation email will be sent to the email address given in your order form and will detail products ordered, payment method, cost (including VAT and P&P where applicable) and usual delivery times. You must check all the details on this confirmation email are correct and contact us as soon as possible if any details are incorrect.
If your order has not been accepted, you will receive an email from us telling you the reasons why.
Due to the high volume of orders during promotional or sale times, we cannot make any amendments to purchases once ordered.
Discount vouchers cannot be used on sale products.
Our estimated delivery times depend on your location. We provide a table below of the normal expected delivery times for each location. DPD are our contracted carrier service to delivery orders and we have taken reasonable steps to ensure that our carrier is reasonably competent. While we make every effort to always deliver within our estimated times, the delivery of your goods is ultimately out of our hands. Please rest assured that your order is on its way, it might just take a bit longer than usual.

Delivery to UK
All orders for delivery to mainland UK are shipped by our fulfilment partners, Diamond Logistics, via DPD’s next working day delivery service. DPD will update you on a delivery window by text and email.
Despatch Time of Orders
We aim to despatch all orders within 1 working day of being placed, and on the same day for orders placed by 1:00pm Monday to Friday. Please note that during busy periods and in sale, this is sometimes not possible and we regret we cannot make any amendments to purchases once ordered.
The delivery period stated within which you will receive your order is approximate. Goods will be sent to the address given by you in your order. If you are ordering more than one item, your goods may be sent to you in instalments if certain items are out of stock.
If your delivery address is outside the UK, you may have to pay import duties and taxes, which are levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must meet any additional charges for customs clearance.
Please note, customs policies vary widely from country to country. We recommend you contact your local customs office for further information. Please note international shipments may be subject to cross-border inspections by customs authorities.
In the event that your order does not arrive within the approximate delivery period stated we will do our best to assist in tracking your order. In the event of non-delivery of your order we are unable to process a replacement order until 21 business days following the original shipment date.
Using a Different Delivery Address
If you don’t think you’ll be at home to receive your parcel, please give us an alternative address if it suits you better; for example, your work address.
If You Aren’t In When the Delivery Arrives
Our delivery partners will leave a notice card with contact details explaining any next steps in order for you to receive your order.
If There Are Delays
We do everything we can to make sure deliveries take place when we say they will. Sometimes, though, things beyond our control delay delivery.
Delivery Costs If Your Order Comes In Two Deliveries
Even if your order arrives in more than one package you will only pay one delivery cost for your order, regardless of how many parcels we send out to you.

Your payment for goods and services purchased through our website shall be using your credit or debit card or PayPal account via Barclays Bank secure Payment Gateway. We do not process nor store your payment details.
You may exchange Geofre Online Gift Vouchers, to the value indicated, wholly or partly for items listed on www.Geofre.com.
Geofre Online Gift Vouchers and any unused balances expire one year from date of purchase.
Online Gift Vouchers may not be exchanged for cash.
Any unused balance will be available to spend on future orders.
If your order exceeds the face value of the Online Gift Voucher the balance must be paid for by other means.
If you return an item purchased with an Online Gift Voucher, we will credit your account with the value of the item. No cash refund will be given.
You cannot use an Online Gift Voucher to purchase a further Online Gift Voucher.
We are unable to re-issue lost, stolen or damaged Online Gift Vouchers.
Our normal terms and conditions of purchase (as varied by these T&C’s), apply to items purchased with an Online Gift Voucher.
If you have not submitted an order, you may clear a product in your shopping basket at any time by clicking the ‘Remove’ button next to it.
If you have submitted your order and received a confirmation email from Geofre.com, you can still cancel your order within 24 hours of the order being placed. Please email your cancellation marked ‘URGENT CANCELLATION’ to the Customer Service team and list your name, address, product ordered and order code on the email.
If you wish to cancel your order more than 24 hours of the order being placed, you will need to wait until you receive the product and then follow our Returns procedure. You’ll find more information about this in our Delivery and Returns page.
Once we have received notification from you requesting cancellation an order, any sum debited to us from your credit or debit card will be re-credited to that credit or debit account within 30 days of your order, provided the goods you return are in the same condition that they were when delivered to you. You will be liable for any charges incurred when returning the goods to Geofre.com, unless the return is as a result of an error on our side.
Due to the high volume of orders during Sale times, it may not be possible for us to make amendments to your purchases once they have been ordered.
Damaged, defective or incorrect goods
In the unlikely event that you receive goods which were not what you ordered or which are damaged or defective, or are of a different quantity to that stated on your order form, we shall make good any shortage or non-delivery, replace or repair any damaged or defective goods, or refund to you the amount you paid for the goods in question provided that you notify us of the problem in writing at the address stated in the confirmation email within 10 working days of delivery of the goods plus return the goods to us, unless we inform you that return is not necessary. This provision does not affect your statutory rights.
We love our bags, but we do not want anyone to keep a Geofre product if they do not want it. So if for any reason at all you want to return something, you can do so within 1 month of delivery.
We only give full refunds if the item is unused and is in its original packaging for resale. We do not refund the original postage and packaging charge (if applicable), but if you just want us to exchange the item then you don’t pay any postage for the replacement.
Please note, postage charges for returning goods back to us are your responsibility, we strongly recommend you ask for a proof of postage in case the parcel goes missing on its way back to us.
There is only one exceptions to our one-month guarantee:
During the SALE we have a 14 day return policy for all goods bought on the site.
We are happy to exchange for the same item most products that are damaged, faulty or incorrectly shipped, through any circumstance that is in our error within 3 months from the date of dispatch. For more information, please see our Delivery and Returns page.
How to return or exchange na online purchase

Returns are charged at £15 per package within England & Wales excluding Scottish Highlands and Offshore Islands. Prices for returns outside these areas will be quoted individually.
Intellectual Property Rights
The Geofre Website is protected either in whole or in part by copyright, trademark, and/or other laws of England and Wales and other countries. You acknowledge and agree that the Website are the exclusive property of Napesh Limited and/or its licensors and/or authorising third-parties. You will not remove, alter or obscure any copyright, trademark, service mark or other proprietary rights notices incorporated in or accompanying the Website.
Subject to your compliance with the Terms, Napesh Ltd grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, revocable, non-transferable license to use the Geofre Website on your personal device(s); and access and view any content made available on or through the Website and accessible to you, solely for your personal and non-commercial use.
You must not use any part of the Website/the Services for commercial purposes without a licence from us or our licensors. You may not reproduce in any format (including on another website or mobile app) any aspect of the Website/the Services (including content, images, designs, look and feel) without our prior written consent.
If, in our opinion, you are in breach of these provisions, your right to use the Website/ the Services will cease immediately and you must either return or destroy (as required by us) any copies of the materials you have made.
The name Geofre and other marks, phrases, logos and designs that we use in connection with our Services, are trademarks, service marks or trade dress of Napesh Limited in the UK and other countries. You require our express written permission to use our trademarks, service marks or trade dress.
We respect Intellectual Property Law and expects our users to do the same. If you believe that any content on the Website infringes your Intellectual Property, please notify us. We are members of Anti Copying In Design (ACID).
We reserve the right to change information, prices, specifications and descriptions of listed goods, products and services at any time and without notice.
If an error is discovered in the price of the goods that you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to fulfil an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price. In the event that you order an item and the price published on Geofre.com is incorrect for any reason, we will email you to inform you that we have not accepted your order, and that your order has been cancelled. You will be advised of the correct price of the subject product. You may reorder it if you wish. If you have already paid for the goods in the circumstances described in this clause, we shall refund the full amount within 30 days of the date of order. Should you choose to re-order at the correct price, a separate transaction will be posted to your credit card.
Limitation of Liability
We have taken every measure to provide accurate product images for each product for sale on the site. However, due to a number of different factors such as Internet browsers, monitor colour contrasts etc., we cannot be held responsible or liable for any differences in colour between the image and the actual product.
Third Party Claims
The products sold on Geofre.com are provided for private domestic and consumer use only. Accordingly, we do not accept liability for any indirect loss, consequential loss, loss of data, loss of income or profit, loss of damage to property and/or loss from claims of third parties arising out of the use of the Site or for any products or services purchased from Geofre.com.
We have taken every measure to prevent Internet fraud and ensure any data collected from you is stored as securely and safely as possible. However, we cannot be held liable in the extremely unlikely event of a breach in our secure computer servers.
We make no warranty that the Website will meet your requirements or will be uninterrupted, timely or error-free, that defects will be corrected, or that the site or the server that makes it available are free of viruses or bugs or represents the full functionality, accuracy, reliability of the Website. We will not be responsible or liable to you for any loss of content or material uploaded or transmitted through the Website.
We will have no liability to you for any delay in the delivery of products ordered or any other matters to the extent that the delay is due to any event outside our reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of God, war, flood, fire, labour disputes, strikes, lockouts, riots, civil commotion, malicious damage, explosion, governmental actions and any other similar events.
Liability for foreseeable loss and damage caused by us
If we fail to comply with these terms, we are responsible for loss or damage you suffer that is a foreseeable result of our breaking this contract or our failing to use reasonable care and skill, but we are not responsible for any loss or damage that is not foreseeable. Loss or damage is foreseeable if either it is obvious that it will happen or if, at the time the contract was made, both we and you knew it might happen, for example, if you discussed it with us during the sales process.
Exclusion of liability for business losses
We are not liable for business losses. We only supply the products for domestic and private use. If you use the products for any commercial, business or resale purpose we will have no liability to you for any loss of profit, loss of business, business interruption, or loss of business opportunity.
Unlawful exclusion of loss
We do not exclude or limit in any way our liability to you where it would be unlawful to do so. This includes liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence or the negligence of our employees, agents or subcontractors; for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; for breach of your legal rights in relation to the products, including the right to receive products which are: as described and match information we provided to you and any sample or model seen or examined by you; of satisfactory quality; fit for any particular purpose made known to us; supplied with reasonable skill and care; and for defective products under the Consumer Protection Act 1987
While we have taken every reasonable measure and precaution in relation to the safety and security of our website, do not guarantee that our Site will be secure or free from bugs or viruses nor safe from hackers. You are responsible for configuring your information technology, computer programmes and platform in order to access our Site. You should use your own virus protection software.
You must not misuse our Site by knowingly introducing viruses, trojans, worms, logic bombs or other material which is malicious or technologically harmful. You must not attempt to gain unauthorised access to our Site, the server on which our Site is stored or any server, computer or database connected to our Site.
You must not attack our Site via a denial-of-service attack or a distributed denial-of service attack. By breaching this provision, you would commit a criminal offence under the Computer Misuse Act 1990. We will report any such breach to the relevant law enforcement authorities and we will cooperate with those authorities by disclosing your identity to them. In the event of such a breach, your right to use our Site will cease immediately.
Linking to our site
You may link to our home page, provided you do so in a way that is fair and legal and does not damage our reputation or take advantage of it. You must not establish a link in such a way as to suggest any form of association, approval or endorsement on our part where none exists. You must not establish a link to our Site in any website that is not owned by you. Our Site must not be framed on any other Site, nor may you create a link to any part of our Site other than the home page. We reserve the right to withdraw linking permission without notice. You may use our Site only for lawful purposes. You may not use our Site in way that:
Breaches any applicable local, national or international law or regulation.
Is unlawful or fraudulent, or has any unlawful or fraudulent purpose or effect.

Sends, knowingly receives, uploads, downloads, uses or reuses any material which does not comply with our content standards described in the next paragraph (Content Standards).

You also agree:
Not to reproduce, duplicate, copy or resell any part of our Site in contravention of these Terms.
Not to access without authority, interfere with, damage or disrupt:
any part of our Site;
any equipment or network on which our Site is stored;
any software used in the provision of our Site; or any equipment or network or software owned or used by any third party.
You may terminate your account with Geofre or stop visiting the Website at any time. Terminating your account will not affect any orders made prior to the termination.
Geofre Ltd reserve the right to end our agreement with you and to suspend or terminate your access to the site immediately and without notice to you:
if you fail to make payment to us when due;
if you breach any of our terms and conditions;
if, when requested by us to do so, you fail to provide within a reasonable time frame, enough information to let us to check the accuracy and validity of any information supplied by you, or your identity;
if we suspect you have engaged, or are about to engage, or have way of being involved in fraudulent or illegal activity on Geofre.com.
We may terminate or suspend your account (and any related accounts) and your access to the Website/the Services at any time, for any reason, and without advance notice. If we do so, it is important to understand that you don’t have a contractual legal right to continue to use the Website/ our Services. We may refuse access to anyone at any time for any reason.
If you or we terminate your account, you may lose any information associated with your account, including any content created by you.
We reserve the right to change, suspend or discontinue any of the Website/the Services at any time, for any reason. We will not be liable to you for the effect that any changes to the Website/the Services may have on you, including your income or your ability to generate revenue through the Website/the Services.
The Terms will remain in effect even after your access to the Services is terminated or your use of the Website/the Services ends.
You agree to indemnify us from any legal claim or demand that arises from your actions, your use (or misuse) of the Website/ Services, your breach of the Terms or your account’s infringement of someone else’s rights.
No partnership, agency etc.
These Terms do not create any agency, partnership, joint venture, employment or franchisee relationship between you and Geofre.
If any part of the Terms is found to be unenforceable, that part will be limited to the minimum extent necessary so that the Terms will otherwise remain in full force and effect.
Our failure to enforce any part of the Terms is not a waiver of our right to enforce that or any other part of the Terms later.
Third party information
We do not accept responsibility for material displayed on third party websites or any other written material. The only prices that apply for Geofre products are those stated on the Geofre website, in Geofre catalogues or on other official Geofre material. We cannot vouch for the reliability of prices stated on shopping directories or through any other third party.
Changes to the terms
We may amend the Terms at any time by amending this page or, if we believe the changes are material, we will let you know by i) notifying you via the Website/ the Services, or ii) sending you an email or messages about the changes. You are responsible for reviewing and becoming familiar with any changes. Your use of the Website/ the Services following the changes constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms.
Jurisdiction and applicable law
The Courts of England and Wales will have exclusive jurisdiction over any claim arising from, or related to, a visit to our site.
